    Physical Information

Don't Get Caught Without a Valid Physical!

The NCHSAA states that in order to be eligible for practice or participation in high school athletic activities a player must receive a medical examination once every 395 days by a duly licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician's assistant. If the athlete's physical expires they become ineligible and can not practice or play until a current physical is on file with the school. This includes in season and out of season workouts.

All sports registrations are now being done online thru FamilyID.  If you have an account from last year or an older sibling at the high school please do not create a new account.  Just select the sport you wish to participate in and and complete registration for that sport.

    Required forms for Sports participation

Any student who wishes to try out for a sport must submit all required forms to their coach prior to tryouts.  The forms can be found under the "required forms" tab  to the right on this page.  No student will be allowed to tryout  without turning in a completed set of forms.  Please see Mrs. Bhatia if you have any questions.
